The New Accenture Cargo Webapp is Now Live! (As of April 28, 2025)

We are excited to announce that the new version of the Accenture Cargo Webapp is now live! This release includes several new features and improvements aimed at enhancing your experience and streamlining your workflows. Below, we’ve outlined the key updates and changes in this version, as well as guidance on how to get started with the new features.

Reason for the update

This update is based on the valuable feedback we’ve received from many of you regarding navigation and usability. We’ve listened to your concerns and made improvements to address them.
These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to making the Accenture Cargo Webapp more user-friendly and efficient.

While we have focused on these key areas in this release, we recognize there are other features (such as Datasets) that are not yet part of this update. These are on our product development roadmap and will be addressed in future updates.

New Features & Improvements

The updated Cargo Webapp includes several enhancements focused on usability and performance:

Revamped Landing & Login Page:
Now features a fresh Accenture purple design and resolves previous white screen issues.

Expandable Announcements:
Login announcements are now expandable/collapsible, making updates easier to access without leaving the page.

Updated Dashboard & Dataset Navigation:
Includes a new top bar, collapsible left-side menu, and better product navigation.

Enhanced Navigation for Multi-Tasking:
Right-click to open views in new tabs—helping you work more efficiently across tasks.

Tile Load/Scale Improvements:
Dashboard tiles load faster and scale better across devices for a smoother experience.

Persistent Filters in Dashboard:
Dashboard filters are now reflected in the URL, making it easier to return to or share filtered views.

Notification Layout Updates:
Updated layout for better readability and easier navigation.

Revamped Help Section:
Simplified layout for faster access to FAQs, tutorials, and support.

To explore the new features, log in to the Accenture Cargo Webapp and navigate to the FAQ/Help section. There, you’ll find a demo video that walks you through the key updates and improvements, helping you get the most out of the enhanced experience.
